Q: Why Om Wear? A: To be reminded. Q: Reminded of what? ...a reminder that we are All One. When this planet, this little blue marble, is pictured from outer space, no one shows up in the photos floating out above the planet all alone just tethered to the planet by some cosmic umbilical cord. We're all in it together...All One. "When a butterfly breaks it's wing in China a piano falls in Manhattan." We are, more and more, “getting it” that we are All One. As we become more aware of events occurring globally; warming, weather patterns, wars, conflicts, extinction of species, violence, hunger, and all the maladies that face our planet there is a Universal movement towards doing our part to help. But it’s easy to get busy, get distracted, to get caught up in the mundane business of daily life. “I meant to pray, to chant, to meditate, do yoga, or send Om’s but I woke up late and the cat threw up!” That’s where Om Wear comes in...sorry it had to be next to the cat vomit, but that’s how things happen sometimes. Om Wear is a reminder. A reminder that... ...nothing matters, everything counts. Every little peace keeping effort we make counts. We all impact each other. We are all pure energy vibrating at our own level and drawing to us the same. It's not only my desire, it's my intention that Om Wear serve as my reminder. It works that way for me and if does for you, too, all the better. When you wear this jewelry feel the energy and radiance of the gemstones and ore nestled and vibrating at their own frequency against your body you’ll be reminded, as I am. (My daughter says, “Do you think you’re wearing enough jewelry?” I can’t help it, I love it all! It feels good!) You’ll feel the extra piece of chain extending down your back. Allow it to bring your awareness back to who you really are, who you really want to be. When people compliment you on your special signature piece, and they will...every day, be reminded of what’s important to you (besides your beautiful jewelry, you goofy!). By connecting with and tending to the energy of our own bodies, (by eating right, exercise, yoga, prayer, meditation, etc.) the more clear, healthy & focused on peace, love, and kindness, we are. The more harmonious and peaceful we are the more we contribute to the peace and harmony of the planet. Somedays, keeping myself focused is about all I can do.
